Leicester City have sacked manager Craig Shakespeare after just four months in permanent charge, according to reports.
Shakespeare took over at Leicester when title-winning manager Claudio Ranieri was sacked in February, and oversaw an upturn in fortunes that pulled the club away from the relegation zone.
But the Foxes have endured a tough start to the new campaign, winning just one of their opening eight matches.
And Monday night’s 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion was seemingly the final straw for the Leicester owners who have reportedly removed Shakespeare from his position with immediate effect.
