Real Madrid will take on Manchester City for a place in the final while Bayern Munich will do battle with Atletico Madrid for the other final spot.

Manuel Pellegrini guided City into the semi-finals for the first time this season which saw them successfully go past a much-fancied Paris St Germain side. City were the first team to be drawn learning quickly that they would face ten times European champions Real Madrid. Zinedine Zidane will be looking to guide his Madrid side to an eleventh European Championship under his first stint as manager.

Atletico Madird, who will be high in confidence after knocking out champions Barcelona in the quarter finals round will take on the German Giant Bayern Munich who are in the semi-finals for a fifth successive year.

The first leg matches will take place on 26 – 27 April, with City hosting Real Madrid on Tuesday and Atletico host Bayern on Wednesday.

The return fixtures will be played on May 3 – 4.
